Qaddumi Foundation recently held a meeting with “Maharatkom” to explore potential areas of collaboration and discuss ways to benefit from the company’s tool designed to assess 21st-century skills. The discussion focused on how this tool could support the Foundation’s programs and activities targeting its alumni community and other beneficiaries.
As part of its efforts to evaluate the tool’s effectiveness and the feasibility of integrating it into its programs, the Foundation organized an introductory session on May 11, 2025, with a selected group of alumni. The session served as an opportunity to test the tool and explore how it could be leveraged to enhance the Foundation’s ongoing activities.
The session provided an overview of the tool and its various applications. It also featured a discussion on the tool’s potential role in refining program design, improving scholarship candidate selection through a better understanding of their skillsets, and providing continued support to alumni and program beneficiaries.
It is worth noting that “Maharatkom ” has developed an innovative assessment tool currently used by governments, academic institutions, and private sector companies across the region. The tool assesses key 21st-century skills—such as communication, innovation, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities—using AI-driven technologies. “Maharatkom ” provides detailed reports outlining candidates’ current skill levels and growth potential, supporting employability, capacity-building programs, and broader community development initiatives.
