Qaddumi Foundation Sets Its Strategic Direction for 2026–2030

Marking an important milestone in its institutional journey, the Qaddumi Foundation held a strategic meeting on 16 February to shape its strategic framework for 2026–2030. The meeting was attended by Dr. Nabil Qaddumi, Chairman of the Foundation, alongside the team members, with the participation of Dr. Tarek Kotb, a strategy and team-building expert, who facilitated the session.

After 25 years of investing in youth empowerment and five years of working with Palestinian educators, QF is embarking on a new strategic phase for 2026–2030, grounded in long-term planning. During this next phase, it places at the heart of its mission the preparation of educated and creative changemakers, who are equipped with the capabilities, skills, and competencies required to play an active role in shaping the future of Palestine.

Over the course of the day, participants reflected on the Foundation’s journey and achievements, while also exploring future opportunities, challenges, and implementation mechanisms. They renewed their commitment to advancing the vision: “Empowered Youth, Prosperous Palestine.” 
To achieve its strategic objectives for 2026–2030, QF will work to deepen the impact of its programs and expand its partnerships with entities aligned with its mission, in order to strengthen outcomes and generate greater long-term impact.
