The Qaddumi Foundation launches its bachelor’s degree scholarship for the second semester of the academic year 2023 – 2024 in engineering, technology, and computer science.

This scholarship is offered to outstanding students in the West Bank to earn their bachelor’s degrees at several Palestinian universities. It aims to help students complete their university education and start their professional careers, creating a promising future where they can effectively contribute to their societies.

For the past 24 years, the Qaddumi Foundation has offered undergraduate scholarships to 1674 Palestinians, prioritizing engineering and computer science to open up diverse and innovative pathways for Palestinian graduates.

Rana Diab, Executive Director of the Qaddumi Foundation, stated, “The fields of engineering, technology, and computer science are rapidly expanding on a global scale. Their graduates acquire valuable skills that can be applied to any industry in today’s world. They gain a competitive edge in the labor market, where technology is at the core of all businesses.”

The undergraduate scholarship covers the abovementioned specialties at An-Najah National University, Palestine Polytechnic University, Bethlehem University, Birzeit University, and Al-Quds University.

To be eligible for this round of scholarships, applicants must be Palestinians residing in Palestine. Successful candidates must have completed the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year with a minimum CGPA of 80%. Participating in community work is also a prerequisite to applying for the scholarship.

It is also worth mentioning that the Qaddumi Foundation urges students receiving the scholarship to participate in activities throughout their university education and after graduating.
